Graham - (Julie B.)
"I was certain I had missed my 'training window' for my six year old cockapoo, Graham. When he sees dogs, no matter how far away, he loses his mind. I’m talking high pitched, non stop barking while doing somersaults and tripping on his leash. To say it’s embarrassing is an understatement. I was envious of the dog owners who could enjoy a peaceful walk with their dog. That has never been a reality for me.
Desperate for help, I reached out to Chris to see what she recommended and I was excited to learn she has a full blown reactivity training program. Going into our first session, I was hopeful, but had zero expectations. Chris jumped in right away and I was shocked by what I saw. She was successfully navigating Graham through a dog-filled park without any of the aforementioned theatrics. Before turning the leash over to me, she walked me through how to properly engage him and reward his good behavior as well as giving me a tiered approach for how to call him down when he reacts. I was filled with so much hope during this first session.
I was primarily in control of the leash during our subsequent sessions. I found it extremely helpful having Chris coach me through things in real time, and provide feedback when things went off script. Just two sessions in, and Graham successfully befriended another dog - something I never thought would happen on a walk!
The tools Chris has given us make it simple to work with Graham both in and out of training sessions. The progress he's made in a short period of time is extremely rewarding for both of us. I'm so thankful for Chris. I know that we are a work in progress, but I finally feel like I'm equipped with the right tips and tricks to address Graham's behavior in a humane way."

Cordell - (Joseph G.)Christine is nothing short of amazing. My wife and I got a new puppy and started to look for training for him immediately. We came across Fearless Dog Training and Thank God we did. Each session is tailored and geared toward what we wanted to work on and the training sessions never got overwhelming for our puppy. When it seemed like our puppy was getting stressed or it was just too much we took a break and let him play for a little while. She always had toys for him to play with. Her advice to my wife and I were so helpful that we will be able to use it as we go on.
Can't say enough good things about Christine and can't thank her enough she is definitely the place to go for Dog Training. |
Hodor - (Natalie B.)Chris has an amazing ability to help dogs and their owners! We just got a new Golden Retriever puppy who is now 9 1/2 weeks old and I knew I needed some help with him to get this little guy on the right track. We just had our first training session with Chris from Fearless Dog Training and Hodor and I learned so much! I now have the tools and techniques to help build our training bond and take it to the next level. By the end of our session Hodor was able to comprehend how to sit/stay and to heel (off leash)! We also worked on calming time to help him feel better when being left alone for short periods of time. Needless to say, Hodor and I highly recommend Chris for your training needs!

Pennie - (Kelly L.)Chris is the dog whisperer! We have a small dog that is aggressive only on leash. She barks like mad whenever she sees another dog on walks. Chris has worked with us to train her to react differently when she sees other dogs so that our walks are calm and safe for both of us. She also provided a harness and leash that help my dog feel more secure and to not injure herself. I highly recommend using Chris to help with any dog training needs!
Max - (Cheryl F.)We came across Christine through Yelp and hired her to assist us with training our Black English Labrador Puppy Max. Christine was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of dogs and the ideas she shared to assist us with training far exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend her. She was worth every penny we paid. Thank you Christine for sharing your time with Max.

Minnie - (Joanne C.) I cannot thank Chris and FearLess Dog Training enough! Chris is great with animals and we recently adopted a new puppy Minnie and we hired Chris. Minnie leaned so much in just one session! Minnie absolutely loved Chris. If you are looking for a good dog trainer in the area, look no further! Would give more stars if I could! Also, her collars and leashes are wonderful! We are Fearless fans!
Sadie - Jessica S.We started using FearLess Dog when our Lab Sadie was just 12 weeks old. To say it was life changing is an understatement. We absolutely adore Chris and the tools and techniques she has taught us to train our puppy. From the first time Chris walked into our house, she was instantly in training mode. We had a pretty jumpy/bitey little puppy and that was what we started working on immediately. In just our first lesson, we almost immediatley curbed the jumping habit and started working on sit/stay/down. We worked with Chris weekly and each week we felt like we were learning more and more. Chris not only was training Sadie, but taught us the habits we needed to implement. Chris was always trying to teach us more and we had many sessions at schools, parks, our front yard. Not only was the training amazing, but Chris also has a line of training products that are extremely helpful (like the training collar). Something as simple as "we have trouble with putting her harness on her" or "our dog has started trying to grab things off the coffee table", she'll immediately drill down and teach us how to start training those habits.
Now that we have a dog approaching 6 months, we have one that follows commands, can walk on a loose leash, touch, find it, not react to dogs/people, no jumping and extremely socialized. Anytime we are trying to train something at our house, we always say "What would Chris do?" We absolutely recommend Chris at FearLess Dog! |
